And by "better" I mean that it gave me vocabulary words that describe things that I deal with everyday that up to the point when I watched this video did not have names.
And I like names. Not only are they very useful tools, they are absolutely required for intelligent conversation.
Speaking of names, this personality system is called The Flag Page. It is a simple (hehehehe) system of four personality types and is, of all the models I'm aware of, the most convenient, understandable, applicable and accessible personality model. And I haven't even read the book!
